SWFL Devil Dog Firearms & Transfers LLC operates in strict accordance with all ATF, FDLE, and Florida state firearm regulations.
- All firearm sales and transfers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Firearms shipped outside Florida must be sent to a valid Federal Firearms License dealer.
- Customers are responsible for confirming that any firearm, magazine, ammunition, or accessory is legal in their state, county, and city before purchase or transfer.
- SWFL Devil Dog Firearms & Transfers LLC reserves the right to refuse any sale, transfer, or service request.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all firearm transfers.
- Background checks are conducted through FDLE/NICS where required.
- Transfer fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, including if a background check is delayed, denied, cancelled, or abandoned.
- Do not come to the business location until you have been notified that your firearm has been received, logged, and is ready for your appointment.
- By using this website, customers certify that they are legally allowed to purchase and possess firearms and related products.
