- Transfer fees, special order deposits, and layaway deposits may be non-refundable depending on the service or transaction.
- SWFL Devil Dog Firearms & Transfers LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an appointment, decline a transfer, or refuse a sale for any lawful reason.
- Customers are responsible for verifying that any firearm, ammunition, magazine, or accessory is legal in their location before purchase or transfer.
