How Transfers Work
Have the seller ship to our FFL
When you purchase a firearm online, provide the seller with our FFL information. Most major retailers (GunBroker, Palmetto State Armory, etc.) have us on file or can email us for a copy.
Wait for arrival notification
We receive, log, and inspect your firearm upon arrival. You'll receive an SMS or email within 2 business hours letting you know it's ready.
Book your appointment
Use our online scheduler to pick a time that works for you. All pickups are 1-on-1 — no waiting in line.
Paperwork, background check & pickup
Bring a valid Florida ID. We'll complete ATF Form 4473 and run your FDLE background check on-site. Most pickups take 20–30 minutes.
Submit Request
Transfer Request / Invoice Request
Use this form to request an incoming firearm transfer or invoice. Please submit your information before your firearm ships or before requesting an invoice.
